We are seeking an Executive Assistant who will work directly with our CEO & Founder. Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years experience assisting C- Level Executives. They are organized, innovative, personable, knowledgeable and forward-thinking when it comes to ensuring smooth workplace operations. This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment. The right candidate will have a strong sense of ownership. Having great organization skills and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice will ensure success. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is imperative.
Beauty Queens is looking for a on-site Marketing Copywriter to develop content for a wide range of online and traditional marketing projects: websites, blog posts, press releases, brochures, banners, brand standards development, email campaigns, e-books, video scripts, etc. This position is best suited for a candidate with experience in marketing, public relations and/or mass communications. In addition to a solid grasp of general marketing principles and tools, the Copywriter/manager should possess a basic knowledge of search engine optimization, online advertising and social media. Programming experience is not required, but technical aptitude is a must. Excellent oral, written communication and online research skills are essential to the success of this position. In addition to technical skills, the Copywriter must have the ability to manage projects, organize information and deliver on deadlines.
